Feelgood offers training on motorized machines from Shapemaster, designed to be inclusive and safe for everyone, regardless of age, shape or experience. The machines move automatically and provide a gentle, even load, so that everyone can experience mastery from the first moment. The center places great emphasis on a pleasant and welcoming environment without performance pressure, where training is about feeling good. Here you can train your whole body effectively in around 40 minutes in a social and encouraging community. Feelgood makes training fun and accessible to everyone!
